A guide to the A-list blogs
This parody had me laughing out loud. Mind you, it's one great (and terrific) in joke. Of course, saying this is kind of like bragging, that is to say, I know what Cory Doctorow (or fill in your own a-lister here) is all about and you don't. Actually, I don't know what Cory is all about although I've met him a couple of times and talked to him now and again. Same thing for Dan Gillmor, Dave Weinberger, and three or four others named in this parody. The good thing is, I know enough about the public personas of a few of these folks that the joke here is really funny.
And I hope -- just as Dan Gillmor does -- that those skewered know that their worth and value is not diminished one iota because someone is taking some potshots at them . . .
